Microsoft Clarity Vs Hotjar Which is better ?

 Hotjar is one of the best online tool when it come to moniter online users behaviour. This tool is basically created for digital marketers to see what users are doing after they land on landing page 

Microsoft Clarity is again screen recording tool from Microsoft which has its own power to add value to business.

Now Question is which tool you should use ?

Answer rely on type of business in my openion because if  business is enterprise I would suggest hotjar because it has lot more functionality then clarity. While if  business is small then I would suggest clarity because it is free tool and have auto enable if you advertise on bing ads. While Hotjar will charge you money after certain amount of recordings.
